Dental Office Management provides the opportunity for students to learn the principles of business office protocols and related dental management techniques. Exercises will include appointment control, telephone etiquette, organization of documents, ethical principles and legal considerations of the dental practice, processing of dental insurance and operation of computerized dental systems. The course will also include an overview of resume writing, development of a professional portfolio for personal branding and techniques for successful interviewing for employment opportunities.
