Trends in Nursing is designed to examine historical, philosophical, ethical and legal aspects of nursing practice and health care delivery system. These major areas are considered within the context of the global community and the macro and micro society. Learning and Service are closely intertwined at Raritan Valley Community College in a program called Service Learning. By successfully creating a required, Trends in Nursing, Service Learning Project students develop their academic skills, sense of civic responsibility and commitment to the community.Offered in the spring semester.
