FITN 146 - Exercise Physiology & Body Mechanics

Prerequisite(s): BIOL 120 - Human Biology  or BIOL 124 - Human Anatomy & Physiology I  or permission of instructor.
This course is designed for those interested in exploring a comprehensive overview of the physiological effects of exercise and nutrition on the health and wellness of each body system. Training principles, posture, and body mechanics will be described in detail. The effects of aerobic and anaerobic physical exercise on the energy continuum, fatigue, and recovery will be discussed.
