This course is an introduction to the fundamental principles of organic and biochemistry designed for the Biotechnology A.A.S. program and for students in some allied health fields. The course includes a study of selected basic principles of organic chemistry and biochemistry, and further intensive training in organic and biochemical laboratory techniques.
