COSM 130 - Cosmetology: Advanced (Accelerated)

Prerequisite(s): Successful completion of COSM 120 Cosmetology: Intermediate (Accelerated) .
In this phase of your training, you will further hone your skills. This advanced course is designed not only to prepare you to successfully pass your state licensure exams, but to ready you for work in a salon. By this point, all students will be eligible to work in a salon with a learner’s permit. During this course, you will demonstrate advanced knowledge of hair cutting, styling, coloring. Topics will include hair extensions, smoothing treatments and salon business practices.
