This course is component eighteen of the Federally developed six-month certificate program in Electronic Health Records. This program is designed for students with an existing background in the health field or the information technology field.
This course is for those preparing for leadership roles, principles of leadership and effective management of teams. Emphasis on the leadership modes and styles best suited to IT deployment.
