FITN 133 - Swimming for Fitness(0,2) 1 Credit Students will develop aquatic skill proficiency and an understanding of techniques and principles for the purpose of utilizing swimming as an exercise/fitness medium. Students will learn the principles of aerobic training in the water medium and learn the properties of buoyancy.
