In this hands-on course, students will learn to use the QuickBooks software to track the transactions of a service business and a merchandiser on a personal computer. Topics covered include customer- and vendor-related transactions, end-of-period transactions, payroll, and converting a manual accounting system to QuickBooks. Familiarity with the use of a personal computer is required.
