This course is component ten of the federally developed 6-month certificate program in Electronic Health Records. This program is designed for students with an existing background in the health field or the information technology field.The course identifies the fundamentals of health workflow process analysis and redesign as a necessary component of complete practice automation. It also includes topics of process validation and change management.
