BUSI 112 - Principles of Management

Prerequisite(s): BUSI 111 - Introduction to Business Administration  .
This course is a study of the basic concepts of the management functions in diverse business environments. Emphasis is placed on the functional approach including planning, organizing, staffing, coordinating, directing and controlling.
